By purchasing an eSIM from UnliSIM, you legally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are strictly prohibited from using our services.
All sales are final. Because our eSIMs are digital products that are instantly provisioned and activated through telecom networks, we offer zero refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances once the QR code has been generated or the eSIM has been purchased. You are solely responsible for ensuring your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible prior to purchase.
UnliSIM is not responsible for device incompatibility, carrier locks, or incorrect configurations. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify their device can accept third-party eSIMs before placing an order. No compensation will be provided for incompatible devices.
UnliSIM acts strictly as a reseller of telecommunication services provided by third-party networks (Docomo, SoftBank, KDDI). We provide absolutely no guarantees regarding network speed, coverage, uptime, or availability. UnliSIM shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from loss of service or inability to connect. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM package.
While plans may be marketed as "Unlimited," telecom providers reserve the right to throttle speeds or suspend service if usage is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or substantially exceeds normal individual usage patterns. UnliSIM is not liable for any throttling enforced by the network operator.
You agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against UnliSIM. Any legal proceedings must be brought strictly in the jurisdiction where UnliSIM's parent company is registered.
