We do not collect passport details or identity documents as our Japan eSIMs are data-only and do not require KYC.

Your email is used strictly for order fulfillment, customer support, and essential service updates. Your payment data is handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. To provision your eSIM, we must share an anonymous order identifier with our telecommunications partner networks (e.g., Docomo, SoftBank, KDDI) to activate your data plan. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared with these networks.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All transactions are SSL-encrypted. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and process payments. We also use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) to understand website traffic and improve our marketing. You may disable cookies in your browser, but it may affect website functionality.
