As a fundamental condition of purchase, all sales of digital products (eSIMs) by UnliSIM are final. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our eSIM profiles, UnliSIM strictly prohibits refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, subject only to the single exception expressly detailed in Section 2 of this Policy. This prohibition applies to all scenarios, including but not limited to device incompatibility, change of mind, carrier locks, or user-configuration errors.
The sole and exclusive exception to the No-Refund Policy set forth in Section 1 is a complete and verifiable failure of the UnliSIM eSIM to provide any network connectivity. A refund will only be considered if the purchased eSIM is definitively and entirely non-functional.
To qualify for the limited exception detailed in Section 2, the user bears the burden of proof and must establish, through conclusive video evidence, that the UnliSIM eSIM is non-functional. The user must submit a continuous, unedited screen recording meeting the following strict criteria:
All claims for a refund must be formally submitted to UnliSIM Support at support@unlisim.com, accompanied by the mandatory video evidence outlined in Section 3. UnliSIM reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate the authenticity and sufficiency of the provided evidence. Failure to strictly comply with the evidentiary requirements outlined herein will result in an immediate and automatic denial of the refund request.
All determinations made by UnliSIM regarding refund eligibility based on the submitted evidence are final, binding, and not subject to further appeal or dispute.
